Going to have a deal with Customer Service afterwards...

Edit: Unlocking it back since I got update from Customer Service.
They didn't even found any of your stuffs in their database (of the Server you mentioned)
Did you make sure that's the server you meant; or it is different server?

If you provide your ID it will be better option and faster searching.
