today , one of our members remain stuck ( more then 5h )
in the final fight of the chapter 15 and non of us can attack to close the ride

so i will like to know how we can fix this problem

Options :

1. we will wait an answer on how to fix this !!
2. if we reset we will lose the guild coins and that is not an option for any of us !!

We also try to report it in-game but the support chat is not working as well !

It happened to us today as well, but it was for about half an hour "only". Eventually it fixed itself.

PS: The boss was not close to 0% HP btw, I don't think it is related.

i hope someone will come with a proposal or a fix

Today after reseting a dungeon, I clicked the button to choose a team, but decided not to fight, so I left, came back after about 5-7 minutes and my icon was still there as "preparing..." So, I better just fought to end that animation. But yep, it is strange.

Almost same thing as you @DeusEx happen to us too ...
but If no answer at least we will wait till tomorrow day reset

if not will all lose 1300 guild coins ! and one avatar for the one who close the ride + the guild points used to start the dungeon ..

so are a lot of things and i hope that one of Lilith stuff will answer properly to my post
