Do you think that they will implement a way to change Kingdoms (and/or Realms)?

I took it to mean why don't you reroll on one of the 5 new servers we opened today. I like your idea better though.

Isn't that the same thing people have been asking for almost since the game started? Let us build up our city, invest time/effort/money, and if we're not happy in our realm allow us to move to another one without penalizing us by making us start from scratch. At first they said it wasn't possible, now they say maybe it will be, rumours say there will be a big server merge. I'll believe it when I see it

We’re introducing a new feature for players level 15 and above: Migration. This will allow you to migrate to a different kingdom within your realm. In order to maintain a reasonable balance between kingdoms, players are prevented from migrating to the kingdom that rules the most cities. We hope that players will migrate sparingly—as such, there is a fee collected when a player migrates, and a player can migrate at most once every seven days.

So yeah migrating kingdoms will be possible after the update.

I'm curious how this helps, at all, on servers where one faction dominates.

Combining players from all the dead kingdoms on a dead server (for a fee, of course) doesn't really change the dynamic at all.

I predict many players who are not in the kingdoms with #1 and #2 most cities, joining the kingdom with #2 most cities, effectively de-populating the other kingdoms.

Would not a better system for balance be to only allow migration to any kingdom that has less (or equal) cities as their current kingdom?

Why I don't emigrate? Because it costs 1k linaris...

And thats the only way ingame of getting it if you are free to play and thats only like 50-80 linari each time house lvls so your house needs to be lvl 10+ so yea f2p players never can switch.
