Thankyou for ur response. I was thinking something similar until i found out others are not having this issue..
it appears to b client side bug thats not effecting everybody.. I can only hope some actual support staff look into this as the automated responses from in-game support are a complete waste of time..

and another month rolls by with stil no answer... how many months will it take to get the issue resolved ? so there is only support for big money spenders ? or can game breaking bugs actually be addressed and fixed ?

What you guys are forgetting or not realizing(about the spider issue specifically) is that the injury rate of 80% is calculated based on each individual unit and not the army as a whole. This means that if your luck is bad enough, you can indeed lose all 5 spiders at 80% injury. All you need is basic statistic/calculator skills.

20% death rate = 1/5 chance of spider dying... According to rules of statistics you can calculate the overall chance of all spiders dying by doing this: 1/5*1/5*1/5*1/5*1/5 = 1/3125 which translates to 0.032% chance of all spiders dying at the same time... There is a very small chance the percentage was broken, and equally small chance that he got extremely unlucky :D

My breakdown of the spider incident was a response to another comment, when It comes to your 4+4 problem you seem to be the only one experiencing it... The chance is your math or skills are wrong and not developers... I have had 78% injury rate from 4+4 from Elena and Vega both recently and in the past...

thankyou for the continued spam mithica, the thread is about a bug concerning exactly that 4+4 should equal 8 not 7 .. perhaps reading it b4 just spaming threads could help u in future as ur spam seems rampant atm on more than just 1 thread. i have supplied screen shots and been in touch with the automated support in game and this stil hasnt been addressed on either and its stil not adding up properly. So again thanks for the free bump but ur literally adding nothing to the thread.
