Weak side prefer rob a lot, strong side prefer no one rob carts. We were robbed a lot from other kingdoms and each time we catch one and duel, that one flee back to capital then come back to rob again. It's could be ignorable at the beginning but they repeat so many times cause annoying.
So I suggest robber need to have at least 2 heroes having more than ZERO energy (i.e. 1+) in order to rob a cart (rob cart would not need to use energy but heroes must have enery to rob), in case he flees too many times and lose all heroes energies, he must wait till enery refill or use potion. Thanks to god that the amount of potions is limited and potions are not free.
