It has come to our attention that some governors are having trouble logging in and others are encountering various bugs after update 1.0.11 which took place on November 14.
This topic will cover the issues that involves the game crashing or being unable to log in:
After doing some investigating we've been able to isolate the problem to mostly iOS users that use an iOS device with less than 2GB RAM to play the game (iPhone 6 and older, iPad Mini 2 and older, iPad 4 and older)
In update 1.0.11 we did a few adjustments and improvements to the game's overall graphics in order to make the game look better and run smoother on iOS devices.
However, these graphical improvements have created a situation where the game is temporarily unable to run on iOS devices that have less than 2GB RAM (iPhone 6 or older models), hence causing the game to crash/lag/unable to log in.
We are currently working to reverse these changes and make the game compatible again with lower RAM devices.
If you have an iOS device that has 2GB RAM or more and you are encountering similar issues try reinstalling the game, for most cases it should resolve all issues.
If it still doesn't resolve the issues, please reply to this post with the following details, it will help us greatly in isolating the issue and solving the problem:
1. Kingdom number (VERY IMPORTANT)
2. Short and concise description of the problem you are experiencing.
3. Your phone/device model (iPhone 5/6/7/8, iPad, Android etc)
4. Attach a screenshot
Maybe some governors will rejoice in the fact that our programmers are going to work overtime over the weekend!
