We have already started to prepare a solution and a comprehensive update which should fix the issue for most cases. A comprehensive compensation will follow. We estimate the fix will go online on Thursday, Nov 22.


Good news, but what about compensation ?

Hello please can you tell us if you'll still upgrade the game tomorrow to solve This problem ? More than 1 week without playing is really too long !!!

Try to hard restart your device. It works for me long enough to get stuff done in the game.

I tried it several times and nothing changed, I still can't play that's why I asked the question!

Im from kingdom #1059 green label’’ bondsem
Im using iphone 5s below 2gb ram ios 12.1
Lagging crashing everyday everytime.
Today is thursday so when can i see your progress? Thank you!

Update the app!
The game has been optimized and runs well now.. Not even a single crash :D :D

Update:

Hi Governors,

We have already resolved the issue which caused the game to lag/crash or being unable to log in on iOS devices with less than 2GB RAM.
Please head to the App Store on your iOS device and download the latest patch which should fix the issue for your device.
If you are still experiencing problems after downloading this patch please let us know via the in-game customer service, our Facebook page, or posting on our #bugs channel in our Discord server.

We are also a preparing a hefty compensation to make up for your time and resource loss which will be sent in the coming days.

The RoC team would like to thank all the governors who despite the issues stayed patient and stuck with us through this troublesome update.
