Now everything works fine. The lag and the release of the game there. Thank you very much for your work and bug fixing. I would like to receive compensation for the weekly loss :) iPad 4.

Im finally back in game. And so far it seems to work fine.
So excited - it's like Xmas - got exactly what I wanted me most

already is working finally, well I lost some gems because you could not collect from the daily package of gems that I bought, and without being able to evolve, but already I can play again.

This compensation we just received is a disgrace. During 8 days, i lost 80 million resources, 64 silver keys, 10 golden keys, 800k experience points, 1600 vip points, 80 hours of upgrading, training of 20 k troops. And that is without being attacked.
You think one golden key compensates for all that?

This compensation is not even close to the amount of down time we had.

I couldn’t play for 6 days. There’s gathering, ap points, research, training, 2 builders, daily chests, vip, expedition. Not to mention being inactive in an alliance...

This “comprehensive compensation” is worth less than 1 day of down time.

The compensation is not related to the people who actually had problems, therefore it is not compensation. Everyone who sent messages via customer service, facebook, and this forum need to be properly compensated.
