Perhaps this has already been answered but I cannot find it:

Do the Garrison and Conquering talent tree paths take effect in Ark of Osiris?

Example: If you have a Garrison specced Commander defending your War Camp, will those talents take effect if your War Camp is attacked?

Example 2: Does your Conquering talent specced Commander have increased damage to Altars/War camps/etc in Ark of Osiris?

I have received mixed information from multiple sources including sponsored Content creators on youtube. Where is the definitive answer from Lilith? (not some youtube person who said it, I want it Officially confirmed please)
