customer support is pretty low on this game to many bugs after updates. Many days on support no solution answers come after some days which are pretty low and give no solution only spend your time!!
1) chat doesnt syc bettween different devices when you change device
2) sometimes when you try to write in chat the game crashes again and again
3) regular offers dont show up for a five star commander to all after reaching a purple commander to 40 lvl! Spend so much xp on joan of ark and hermann and didnt got the offer!!
i am starting to getting really frustrated about all these we have spend money and much time...

This is where you see the difference between a company that knows how to do massive games and a company that developed an idea that people liked it ... but you don't have the infrastructure.

Just compare the customer support in other massive mobile games: emails, discord, forum, reddit, facebook, twitter. YOU HAVE ALL THOSE WAYS TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS FROM A CUSTOMER and you choose not to.

And don't come to me with some bullsh1t like "we are growing, we are doing all that we can, blablabla". People is using money and more important, THEIR TIME TO PLAY YOU GAME.
